Our Toddler Program •
Our Toddler program combines the High Reach Learning curriculum with the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS) to support each child's growth across key developmental areas. Toddlers are naturally curious and always on the move, so our age-appropriate materials and activities encourage exploration and play. Our teachers provide guidance during transitions, enhance language skills through reading and singing, and positively interact with children to foster social skills and active imaginations.

Toddlers are always on the move and ready to explore the world around them!
The materials and equipment in the classroom are age appropriate and encourages children to play as they explore.
Toddler play teaches sharing, how to interact with other children, to recognize feelings, and how to communicate with teachers and peers.
Our teachers understand the ages and stages of Toddlers. They offer guidance during transitions, they read and sing to help boost language skills and interact positively with children – giving the children the chance to imitate their actions and broaden their active imaginations.
Curriculum
We use High Reach Learning as our core curriculum for our Toddler program.
High Reach Learning focuses on the total child through a sequence of stages of development, but most importantly, at a child’s individual growth rate.
Along with our core curriculum, we also use the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS). The GELDS program is organized by age groups.
Each age group contains activities in the five areas of development: Physical, Social and Emotional, Approaches to Learning, Language and Literacy, and Cognitive.
These standards pair with our core curriculum and achieves continuity between Preschool and Primary School.
The Toddler schedule is a “rolling schedule” that allows for transition between each activity. Activity times and experiences will vary with the children. Routine care consists of diapering, toileting, and hand washing.
