We mindfully practice sound, reasonable business practices while focusing on safety, education, appropriate early childhood practices and consistent compliance with Bright From The Start Child Care Licensing. We consistently post licensing reports in the lobby for your review.

- No access without security code, changed randomly.
- Photo IDentification required for visitor entry.
- Parents required to escort their child in and out of the building.
- Fire and tornado drills conducted and documented monthly.
- Building sprinkled, fire protected and monitored 24/7 by local fire department.
- Intercom throughout building and playground.
- Building and property maintained daily by onsite property manager.
- Child Care Licensing Reports posted at front desk.
Transportation
- School bus insured and inspected before and after each trip.
- Flawless driving record required and maintained for school bus driver.
- Transportation and emergency records regularly maintained.
Trusted Staff Members
- Employee background checks, random drug testing, current CPR/First Aid and Infectious Disease/Proper Sanitary Practices Certification required and maintained.
- Management certified in Director Operations.
- 20 annual employee training hours in Early Education and Care Practices required and maintained.
- Hourly head counts conducted and documented by manager actually walking into classrooms to observe activities, interaction and teacher/child ratio.
